I was honestly hesitant at first because of some of the reviews I had seen, but our experience could not have been more different. We arrived after the service department had already closed, but one of the salesmen was incredibly kind and empathetic. He walked us through exactly what we needed to do with the after hours service drop box and let us know what to expect the next morning. While we waited for our Uber to the hotel, the receptionist offered us water and snacks, which was such a thoughtful gesture during a very stressful moment. The next morning, Tiffany, our service advisor, called us and was absolutely phenomenal. She walked us through everything, answered every question, and showed genuine care and compassion throughout the entire process. She initially quoted us a price of around $500, but she went above and beyond and was able to get that cost down to around $300. We truly cannot express how grateful we are for her efforts and advocacy on our behalf. Since we had to check out of our hotel, she even let us drop our bags off in the car so we didn’t have to carry them around while we waited. We were also able to briefly speak with the technician, who was very friendly and helpful. The service area was spotless, clean, and organized definitely not what I expected from a shop setting. When Tiffany called with the update, she carefully went through each concern, explained what needed immediate attention, and what could reasonably wait until we got back home. Not only was the original issue addressed, but they also completed two recalls, and everything was done within just a couple of hours!! Being stranded 12 hours from home was incredibly stressful, especially given why we were traveling, but your team went above and beyond to get us safely back on the road. Every single person we interacted with was kind, professional, and genuinely caring. Even while we were waiting in the lobby, the original salesman stopped by to check on us. I truly cannot express how grateful we are. If they were local to us, we would never go anywhere else. 100000/10. Truly a blessing. ❤️

Man I called ahead inquired about the car of choice, I was told it would be sitting out front awaiting when I tell you once we entered the parking Sean was there to greet us with professionalism, kindness, excellent personality and then we got straight to business he was great at bargaining didn't make me feel pressured called a few times after cash purchase just to see how we were and if anything was needed. While we were out there, we stopped to look at a Murano, and David walked up and started a conversation with us. He was not pushy at all, which immediately made us feel comfortable. While the staff was friendly, my overall experience was frustrating due to poor communication and unmet expectations. I felt pressured into purchasing a car that I was unable to see in person, as it was located at another dealership. I was assured I would receive photos and a video the same day and that the car would be delivered the next day, certified and in good condition. Unfortunately, that was not the case. Communication was extremely limited, and I was given the runaround for several days with no clear updates. The video I eventually received—two days later—was short and grainy, and I still had no timeline for delivery. I was later informed there was a delay due to a radio update, which I was completely understanding about. However, I didn’t receive the car until four days after purchase (bought Sunday, delivered Thursday afternoon). When the car arrived, it was dirty and the screen/radio had not been replaced as expected. I had to bring the car back in for them to confirm the issue, at which point I was told the part would be ordered and replaced the following week. I received a call Tuesday saying the part hadn’t arrived yet but was expected the next day. Since then, I’ve had to follow up myself for updates, and despite being told I would receive a call Saturday morning, I’ve still heard nothing. I understand that delays happen and that people get busy, but purchasing a $35,000 vehicle comes with certain expectations. Being given repeated assurances that aren’t followed through on is disappointing and avoidable with better communication. In the end, I do love the car itself. I just wish the process had been more transparent and customer-focused rather than feeling rushed and sales-driven. This experience reinforced why I’ve typically avoided dealerships, and it makes me very hesitant to go through one again.

Tiffany was wonderful to work with! She was engaging, accommodating, professional, and worked with my schedule to get me into Maus for my factory recall. Sebastian was great upon arrival. He was efficient and knowledgeable and set up the shuttle service to go home. The two men Jace and Lucas were so nice taking me home and back to pick up my car. They were polite, drove safe and were very pleasant. From start to finish this was a 5-star customer service experience!

My experience with Rob Martin was very pleasant. He attended to my needs and was very informative. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. They made sure I was comfortable and taken care of. Daniel was our sales professional, and he was wonderful. He answered every question we had. He took us to the SUV we were looking for. We picked out the one we were interested and then I saw the Dark Armor Rogue and wanted to see that one too. It was perfect! Exactly what I didn't know I wanted until I saw it. There was absolutely no pressure at any point, they gave me all the time I needed to look at different vehicles and make the right decision. Maus overall is an ok dealership. Drove an hour away solely because of low priced advertised vehicle. Sales person unprepared, & wasn’t aware of advertised price, then continually gave wrong answers & set expectations that dealership couldn’t, or didn’t honor. Trade in value was good, but then offset by mandatory add-on package. Didn’t realize until 3days later they never returned our drivers license to us. After 4 phone calls to them I finally get confirmation he had our drivers license. I would’ve thought we would’ve received a phone call from them stating this the next day when they opened. So after 100 mile round-trip, tolls & two hour road trip, we get our license. No apology nor kind gesture. I guess Sale was made, no further courtesy extended. Nice.

As someone who has purchased a lot of vehicles over the years, Maus Nissan of Brooksville I can confidently say is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with bar none. In 2023 I went to this dealership and purchased a 2022 Chevrolet Camaro 2LT. What drew me to this vehicle was the competitive price listed online, so a couple of friends and I went to go see it. I brought my trade and sat down with a sales person. After I test drove the car I told him I wanted to move forward. After letting someone else demo the car in front of me while they had my approval in hand and after a few hours i reluctantly decided to move forward. Once I got into finance I was pressured into purchasing an extended warranty that I did not want in order to get a rate I more than qualified before. The whole car buying experience was stressful from the start, and you would think that would be the end of it. But no, they manage to make it worse. Within 30 days I sold the vehicle because I was not satisfied with its condition. Regardless of warranty, with how poorly I was treated I wanted nothing to do with this dealer. So I traded the car in and had to still return to get my extended warranty refunded. Fortunately that was the least stressful part of my whole interaction with them. The reason why I am writing this review is because since this purchase I have received non stop calls, text messages, and emails from people at this dealership. FOR YEARS even though I do not own the car that I purchased from them and after several times telling whoever called me to leave me alone the calls persist. The number is blocked, yet I constantly receive voicemails still. I hope whoever at Maus Nissan reading this removed my name from whatever list it is on. I am tired of being harassed. Great people very nice attitude

We were shopping for a Murano today and went to a total of 4 car dealers and we are very happy our last stop was this dealership. Joey the salesman was very friendly, knowledgeable and down to earth with us. The car itself was clean and just what I was looking for with all the options. They were willing to negotiate. A pleasant experience and I would highly recommend Joey and the team!
